Belly Update!

I'm getting there! Our lil one is doing great...me on the other hand I finally got over my morning sickness to be greeted with a kidney infection, which is very painful. It's slowly getting better. Hopefully sooner or later I can actually start to enjoy this whole pregnant thing. Rob has been amazingly helpful and he is going to be such a good daddy. We have enjoyed being in our new home just waiting on our new couch. We attempted to put up Christmas lights on our house tonight but that didn't go so smoothly when our lights were broke. We'll get it right sooner or later. We are very excited for the Holidays and look fwd to seeing some family soon ;) We love you all and miss you tons.

Very cute. You better be lubing that tummy up now and for the rest of the pregnancy! Don't want stretch marks! It looks gorgeous and I am sure Miles is loving every minute tucked inside.

I have been "laying it on thick" true blue lotion, since the beginning so yeah hopefully I don't get ugly stretch markes.

That is good. Just continue to do it throughout! You look so good, I am jealous:) My belly was so gross and it still is..yuck. It's the last week that mine got really bad...maybe because Adalei cooked for too long, that's what Travis says:)

Woohoo SEXY MAMA!!!! Glad you are starting to feel better!

I learned stretchmarks are a genetic thing, if you have thin skin that is low in the elasticity department and the women in your family all had horrible stretch marks, there is little you can do, but try to minimize the damage with lots of lotion.(they are ugly no matter how many you get) Some women get them bad even with TONS of cocoa butter,(like myself), some don't and they don't ever use lotion. It sucks, but hey, there is always surgery in the future! :)

I know it's inevitable I will have them since every woman in my family got them. Oh well guess Rob better enjoy pretty tummy while he can! I actually looked at some old pics before I got preg and started to cry b/c I missed my old stomach already. It will be worth it though...thank you for all your sweet comments.

Tara is correct...it is all genetics. But I don't think mom got stretch marks, not until she got pregnant with twins..WOW! And like I said, I didn't have any till that last week...when I should have had her a week prior:) Anyhoot, talk to you soon...call me because we need to talk Christmas. wuv you!

Wow! All these comments are from the women folk. We've got to get some more testosterone in here. So, is the name Miles official? I was thinking his name could be Wash or Shepherd. BTW, some tummy lubricant would make a nice stocking stuff this year!

Matt, you want tummy lubricant in your stocking what? ahah jk. No the name isn't offical. And what made you think of wash or sheperd..did you just watch "serenity"?
