Life in BYU-Idaho!

Alrighty then, so here's an update on how things have gone over here at Idaho! Sorry this is so late mom, i've been...busy. and slow. But to make it up, i'm gonna give you guys a taste of life out here, land of no hills and potatoe factories. Thanks again Matt and Mica for helpin me start off so awesomely, staying out at your place helped to slow down the process, playing half-life 2 helped. But anyway, here's some pics of campus and stuff. I'll get some more pics later.

Awww, i'm definetly lovin my birthday gift. Here's the camera i'll be using for the next 10 years (mission and stuff), thanks mom and dad!

Here's my first camera shot; Antonio was passed out on the coach after a long day, it's like his second bed. I couldn't resist. But seriously, Antonio and Jose have been such help to me my first few weeks. Unfortunately, Jose had to go home because he was havin some heart complications. Our FHE family sent him some love in a letter.

Here's my contraption of metal w/ a matress. If i don't tighten the screws once and a while, the thing clangs in the middle of the night...comfy

Here's some pics of the apartment...cozy

Alright, here's how the campus looks. I love this place, i haven't gotten lost yet. They're doing construction everywhere, though, so it's kinda hard to get around.

Here's the Rexburg Temple, set on the hill. It's so cool to see at night, especially when you're driving into the city, you can see it 50 miles away.

Antonio gave me "batman" flavored cake for my birthday...so good.
Here's some guys i've gotten to know: Colton, my roommate on the right. And Thomas in the middle, with Antonio.

So there ya have it. The last 2 months in Idaho, and they've been a blast so far. I'm so blessed out here. Thanks for all the love, guys; can't wait to see you soon!

How is it that when we lived there we had no family there, and now there are all of you?! Memories. You have to remember thought that the campus is sitting on a huge hill, and that the Grand Tetons are right behind you. They are beautiful. We miss them. Great pictures. I am out of the loop enough, I didn't know that you were roomies with Antonio. Very cool. Don't freeze out there!

naw, i didn't clean up a thing; we're pretty tidy 'round here, mom. It's the apartment that's against us: we just had a leak all over our kitchen, and there's mildew on our bathroom ceiling; but it's still home:)
